Free Raft Trip Giveaway: Contest Rules1. No purchase necessary to enter or to win. 2. Contest open to anyone 18 years or older. 3. Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada only due to varying legal restrictions on contests around the world. 4. You must complete all questions for your entry to be eligible. 5. One entry per email address. If you enter more than once, only your first entry will be eligible. 6. By entering this contest, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all contest rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in this contest by any applicable law, statute, regulation, or other appropriate authority. The participant further agrees to release Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort its agents, its affiliates, and its sponsors from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. 7. Employees including their immediate families and those living in their household, of Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort, or their affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries and advertising/promotion agencies are ineligible to participate. 8. Every effort will be made to ensure completed entry forms are entered in the drawing, however the sponsors will not be responsible for any entry forms which cannot be processed for technical reasons beyond our control. Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions, or technical failures. 9. The prize is valid for the 2008 season. 10. The winner will be notified by email. Winner's name will also be announced on the Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort site at Winners. 11. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the prizes except that sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 12. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner of a particular prize is solely responsible for any and all airline fares, income, sales, excise, use, and customs taxes, duties, registration fees, or other such expenses. By entering the Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort's contest, registrants consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Rivers Whitewater Rafting Resort, its agents, its affiliates, and its sponsors reserve the right to terminate this contest or to modify any rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law.
