This year we have new equipment and packages designed to provide even more fun for adults and kids alike. For families, youth groups and scout troops, we will again offer "Sit-on-Top" kayaks incorporated into our existing programs on the Upper New River.
The sit-on-top kayaks are similar to the ones you see paddled by our video boaters, except you sit "on" not "in" the kayak. They are more stable and easier for the beginner and the best part is you do not need to know how to "roll" to paddle one. So if you are looking for a unique outing to share with your family, Rivers is the place to go!
The Ducky (inflatable kayak) offers a unique whitewater adventure for the novice and the experienced paddler. The ducky offers the stability of a raft and maneuverability of a kayak.
